The Blog Fog.....

I have been suffering from the "Blog Fog"
over the past few weeks....

You know what I mean when things are just not as clear
as they should be.....

This never ending Winter does not help...
Nor the fact that my laptop continues to slowly die.....

You think it is hard for us...
Imagine how all the birdies are feeling..
One day hot..
One day cold..
Next day snow...

Face it Ladies...
There are times we should have to fight our way through...
Look at the brighter side of life....
Don't you just love the pop of red....
so unexpected.....

That is just what I decided to do.....
Look for color throughout my home....

Notice the patina on that old silver platter behind the birdhouse...
and the Greens on the house....
Just lovely!

I am really excited about my new rug in the Living area....
Oh the colors..
Can't wait to show you my finished area....
Remember the old living room
Well.. all that is gone.....
I am soooo excited to show you those changes..
a later post....
Keep visiting...
You do not want to miss this...

Yep a little color goes a lonnnng way!
It just seems to bring on the JOY!....

Of course, the Grands bring JOY....
Always.....
A beautiful pic of those Grands on a little colorful box..
Well...
Makes me very Happy!
Can't you see me smiling....
I am!

If you are suffering from the "Blog Fog"
Like me.....
Stroll around your house...
Take notice of the colorful things around you...
Every Day can be a colorful day....
If you just look.....

This is the day the Lord has made;

let us rejoice today and be glad in it!

 Psalm 118:24

Colorful Blessings to you all!

  1. Oh Patty! I am suffering from Blog Fog for sure. We moved from our home and land and pond and my chickens~( I could go on and on) for my husband's job. I feel like not only do I need to reorganize life but I need to reorganize my blog too. I am with you. Farming on Faith lost her farm but not her faith. I have to make this little three acres a farm some way ~ some how. I am trying to get inspired ~ warm weather will help for sure.
Thanks for your sweet comment about my header. Have a great afternoon!

  7. Beautiful pictures Patty. Just beautiful. Pops of color do enhance our lives. Pops of good friend enhance it too and pops of scripture really enhances it. Your blog brought all these to me today. SO happy to come visit you.

  10. Very inspirational - the verse is one of my favorites. We have the colors of spring but not the weather.

  14. Patty, I cannot believe you have grandchildren, you look so young! We're all so very tired of winter here in Michigan, too. So many bloggers are showing pictures of their gardens and flowers, and it is just not happening here! I am doing a little spring decorating inside, just to keep my spirits up! Blessings to you today.

  15. Hi Patty. I know what you mean but I've never thought of it in that way. Those of us who use a lot of color can surely fight our way out of the blog fog. And then, sometimes, those who use a lot of white must have a peaceful feeling most of the time. I wish I knew the official answer to this problem. Just keep on doing, no matter what, I guess..Happy Wednesday..Judy

    Hugs to you, dear Patty!

  18. Hi Patty, I enjoyed looking through your photos today. Love the pops of color and looking forward to seeing your finished Living Room.

I've had Motivation Fog. My motivation to do/finish some projects is there but I can't see it clearly for the fog!
